Anne Mitchell joined Montway in the fall of 2022. With over two decades of experience in her field, Anne brings a passion for enhancing employee experience and human resources infrastructure to bolster profitable growth. She is an expert in assessing company culture and HR systems, identifying their strengths and weaknesses and implementing necessary modifications across the company.

Prior to Montway, Anne held several significant roles where she successfully implemented innovative HR programs that have resulted in increased employee engagement, improved retention rates and enhanced overall organizational effectiveness. She has served as a Vice President in various organizations, namely Covenant Living Communities and Services (Talent Development), KBP Foods (Training and Development) and Vistar, a PFG Company (Human Resources). Anne also held leadership roles at Sports Authority and Boston Market.

Anne is known for her approachable leadership style, and fosters an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Her leadership philosophy centers on the belief that investing in the development and well-being of employees not only enhances individual performance, but also contributes to the overall success of the organization.
